You own your data. You can request deletion of your HealthyOne account and all associated personal data at any time, using either of the methods below. We respond to every request and confirm by email when deletion is complete.
1. Delete in the HealthyOne app
The fastest way to delete your account is from inside the app:
- Open the HealthyOne app on iPhone or Android.
- Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation.
- Tap Settings.
- Scroll to Account and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm with your password. You will see a confirmation that deletion has been scheduled.
What happens next
Your account is disabled immediately. All cloud-stored data is permanently removed within 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation once deletion is complete.
2. Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, or prefer to delete by email:
- Send an email to support@healthyoneapp.com from the email address registered to your HealthyOne account.
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
- Include the email address associated with your account in the body of the message.
We verify your identity using your registered email and process the deletion within 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation when complete.

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our cloud systems within 30 days:

Apple Health and Google Health Connect
HealthyOne does not store or transmit data from Apple HealthKit or Google Health Connect to our servers. These permissions remain under your control inside iOS Settings or the Health Connect app on Android.
4. Data we may retain
For legal, tax, and security reasons we retain a small set of records after account deletion:
- Payment and subscription records — retained for the period required by US tax law (typically 7 years).
- Security and abuse logs — retained for up to 12 months in aggregated form to protect against fraud.
- Anonymized, aggregated analytics — cannot be linked to your identity once your account is deleted.
These records contain no personal nutrition or health data.
5. Cancelling your subscription
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription — those are billed by Apple and Google. To cancel:
- iPhone / iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → HealthyOne → Cancel.
- Android: Open Google Play → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → HealthyOne → Cancel.

If you can't access the in-app option, don't receive a confirmation, or have any other question about deletion, email support@healthyoneapp.com. We respond to deletion requests within 7 business days.
